I Get Your Struggle

As a Certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, I have the knowledge, work experience and tools to help my clients with their health and wellness goals. 

But it’s my personal life experiences and struggles with mental health, hormones, weight fluctuations and body image issues that helps me relate to and understand my clients current circumstances and struggles. 

These qualifications combined, allow my client and I to take a deep dive into some of the root causes holding them back. Then we set goals and take action to build habits that will help my clients move forward on their wellness journey. 

My mission is to help others feel fabulous inside and out.

Yoga at Home

SIX MONTH COACHING PROGRAM 

True change takes time.

With years of experience, I’ve slowly begun incorporating different strategies into my practice as a professional Health & Wellness Coach. Together we will work on areas in your life where you feel stuck or unbalanced.

This six month program is designed to slowly build healthy habits that work for you. We will do a one hour virtual session every two weeks, find you the proper information and tools to build your habits and educate you on health and wellness. As well as accountability check ins, referrals and more.

This way we can take the time and find some of the root causes that have been holding you back and keeping you stuck. We will build healthy bioindividual goals, that will lead to sustainable habits that will start you on your wellness journey. 

Building healthy habits that last takes time, and I think you and your wellbeing are worth that time!

THREE MONTH COACHING PROGRAM

Smaller steps for future balance.

Not everyone has the same needs. In fact, it’s hard to find two people who benefit from the exact same approach to health! 

The three month coaching program is just a shorter version of the sIx month coaching program.

This program is more beneficial if you only have one specific area you are wanting to work on. With a shorter time line, it is easier to focus on one particular goal.

This will help you to not only achieve your goal, it helps you to build the habits that will sustain your goal.

So if you are needing support in one area of your life, let' get started!

PERSONA TRAINING PROGRAM

For Strength and confidence

Finding enjoyment in movement is bioindividual. It can take time to find what works best for you and your body when it comes to exercise. 

My experience as a Personal Trainer and Fitness instructor as well as my own fitness journey, helps my clients and I work together to build a Fitness Program that works for them.

This 6 Week Personal Training program is the perfect ADD ON for the SIX or THREE Month Programs if your goal is to make a physical and mental change or if exercise isn't your thing and you need help navigating your fitness journey.

So if you want support to build strength and confidence, than let's add on a plan made specifically for your needs.

Holding Hands

THREE MONTH MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

Accountability and Motivation

With time it will just feel natural! 

Sometimes you just need a bit more support and time to cement your new healthy habits and practices. 

This three month maintenance program is a great ADD ON after you complete the Six or Three Month program.

Clients find the right tools and practices by the end of my other programs, but they still feel they need the support to continue to maintain them. 

So I created this program, with only once a month, shorter sessions that are focused on your previous goals. 

This helps keep you accountable and will support you to continue to get more comfortable with this fresh and healthy version of yourself.
